Dana J. Gordon, Consultant
For the past twenty five years, Dana has carried out a wide variety of assignments in the reward and organization effectiveness practice areas. Her projects have included job evaluation and market analysis of executive remuneration practices for major organizations, development of HR policies and procedures, design of salary administration systems, pay equity compliance studies, job design, and job evaluation, as well as the design and installation of performance management systems. She has worked on several major projects in the field of white collar productivity, conducting studies, work flow analyses, productivity workshops, organization design, and implementation.
Ms. Gordon has implemented and/or supported job evaluation systems in numerous organizations, conducted analysis of internal equity in compensation, analyzed market competitiveness of their compensation practice, and designed new salary administration programs.
She has also conducted organization reviews of existing organization structures and designed jobs to reflect new work alignments and organizational design.
Ms. Gordon has studied at the Masters Level in English Literature at the University of Toronto, and has pursued post graduate interests in the field of Psychology.
